II. SHIPPING, RECEIPT & INSPECTION POLICY

1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all provinces and cities nationwide.

2. Delivery and Receipt Timeframes
– Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after processing or according to contractual schedule. 
– For customers in remote provinces, estimated delivery time is 3–5 days after order acceptance—though actual delivery may vary due to stock availability, weather, or other conditions.
– Delivery timeframes begin when order placement is complete with our sales representative and end when the package is received.
– If delivery is delayed beyond 10 days without valid reason, customers may cancel the order at no cost.

3. Delivery Method
For both remote and urban customers we use courier services.

Responsibilities related to documentation and packaging during delivery:
– The courier is responsible for providing delivery documents during shipment.
– shamballa.co must supply accurate and complete documents regarding the goods to both the logistics provider and the recipient.
– All orders are pre-packaged and sealed by shamballa.co.
– The courier is only responsible for transporting intact sealed packages (“as packed”), and must issue a delivery note containing recipient name, phone number, address, and goods description. The courier may be required to present invoices to authorities upon request. Each package must display recipient name, phone number, and address on its exterior.
– To ensure safety, shamballa.co includes a valid sales receipt in the package (if available).
– After delivery confirmation, we will issue a VAT-compliant electronic invoice and send it to the customer’s email.
– The invoice or sales slip serves as proof in dispute resolution—for item market value verification or confirming legitimate goods circulation, etc.

4. Inspection Policy
Upon receipt, customers have the right to request that the delivery staff open and inspect the package before accepting it.

If the delivered product is incorrect, the customer may reject it and pay nothing.

If payment was made in advance and the product does not match the order, the customer is entitled to a refund or a replacement according to the original order.
