Refund policy

Scope:
This policy applies to returns and exchanges within 12 hours for products damaged during shipping or defective due to manufacturing faults.

1. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
– Return/exchange request must be made within 7 days from the claim date.
– Product packaging and tags must remain intact.
– Only one return/exchange allowed per product.
– Products not eligible include those past the return window or those damaged due to reasons other than shipping or manufacturer defects.
– For undelivered orders, customers may contact their sales representative to arrange a switch to a different product.

2. For Delivered Orders
a) Defective Products:
– Upon delivery, check if the product matches your order, meets requirements, and is of the correct type. If defects are due to supplier error, you may request a replacement— all costs covered by the company.
– If defects are customer-caused, the supplier is not responsible for replacements.
– For voluntary exchanges, customers must cover the exchange shipping cost and any price difference, based on the product and agreement with the sales team.

b) Non-defective Products:
If you don’t like the product after delivery and wish to exchange, the following apply:
– The item must be returned in original packaging and condition.
– The product must not be a custom order made per your specifications.
– Customers must bear all related costs (shipping, etc.).
